General Office of Management

The General Office Management is responsible for the implementation, duplication, and monitoring of all directives, orders, decrees, and approvals. Among its core duties is organizing all meetings, press conferences, and sessions with the leadership of the Ministry of Higher Education, media outlets, and other relevant authorities, which are held to receive guidance, exchange views, and resolve issues.

In addition, this management is responsible for recording and reproducing the leadership meetings of Wardak University, overseeing the organization of press conferences, obtaining guidance from the office of the chancellor for the implementation and duplication of letters, proposals, inquiries, and other related documents, and sharing the resolutions of the Ministry of Higher Education, the Council of Ministers, and the decrees and orders of the Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him) with the university leadership for decision-making purposes. It also monitors the implementation of regulations, bylaws, and approvals of the Ministry of Higher Education to ensure transparency.

Under the umbrella of the General Office Management, operate the management of Communications, Documentation, and Archives. Their key responsibilities include registering and reproducing documents, decrees, orders, directives, and approvals, ensuring that the necessary actions have been carried out, and coordinating these activities with the General Office Management.
